Singhania University got inaugurated on 21st October 2007, founded by Smt. Narmada Devi Singhania. She is the mother of D.C Singhania, one of the University's founders.

The University got established by Rajasthan Government under Ordinance 6 in 2007. It is a UGC-recognized university.

Our University is at Pacheri Bari, in Jhunjhunu District at Rajasthan on Delhi-Narnaul Singhania – Pilani Road. It is 160 kms from the west side of Delhi and 165 kms away from North Jaipur.

We are known for imparting high-quality education to students across India & worldwide. It starts from the advanced field of education and research with 100% functional academics and administrative infrastructure.

Singhania University is known for its well-stocked and furnished library, well-equipped labs, excellent playground for outdoor games and sports, a host of indoor games, and well-equipped hostels, separately made for boys and girls. Furthermore, there are well-furnished hostels for the faculty members with wide open spaces, lush green lawns, colorful flowerbeds, and well-kept orchards in sylvan surroundings.

Our infrastructure is huge with equipped laboratories, highly qualified and motivated faculty, who work with commitment and dedication for the cause of education and research. Our officers and the non-teaching staff work with dedication and commitment. The research output of our post-graduate departments is very good in terms of Ph.D. degrees awarded and research publications in good impact factor journals in India and abroad with a large number of citations. In the recent 49th convocation 204 candidates have received the Ph. D. degrees.

Singhania University offers over 200 programs in 50 disciplines. We offer undergraduate courses, post-graduate courses, and a doctoral degree in engineering and other subjects.

The University Grants Commission has also sanctioned Rs. 21.25 Crores to the University as the 12th Plan grant. The North Eastern Council of Govt. of India has sanctioned a grant of Rs. 14.65 Crores to the University for building a Girls Hostel Complex on our Jnana Bharathi Campus to accommodate about 500 students from the North Eastern region studying in Singhania. The UVCE, the University Engineering College of the university has received the second phase of TEQIP grant of Rs. 12.5 Crores for improving the academic and research infrastructure.

Our team of faculties focuses on the overall growth of each student. It includes the academic, cultural, physical, and social needs of an environment that enriches their mind and body. Our syllabus includes communication skills, personality development, and many other programs. It encourages the students to strengthen their passion for meeting the challenges head with confidence in accomplishing their goals
