IIFA offers BVA in Animation & Multimedia which is a four years degree course affiliated to Bangalore University.
The course enables every student to understand the importance of Animation and Multimedia in various domains
such as Educational Animation, Narrative film, Documentary film and TV Advertisements etc. The Course will provide
hands on experience of live industry projects through internships which highly helps students to know about the
industry. IIFA’s curriculum is custom designed to equip students with the best management skills that could be
utilized in the emerging industry.
DURATION: 4 YEARS | ELIGIBILITY: 12th/PUC(From any recoginized board)
The scope of animation is huge and the demand for animation at this time is increasing rapidly in India from just being
an outsourcing service to an innovator of new creations
According to Indian Media and Entertainment Industry Report, the Animation and VFX industry is
estimated to grow at a CAGR of 17.2 % over 2017-2021.
Movies like Baahubali, Ice Age, Kung fu panda requires nearly 500 animators for a single movie which gives terrific employment opportunities to
all the animators in different role.
By completing the BSC in Animation course at IIFA, the person can work in the animation houses existing in
both India and Abroad as an Animator and Multimedia Professional.
